What we access

Google account: your name and email to identify your account.
Google Search Console (read-only): your sites, search performance, URL inspection and sitemap status.
Bing Webmaster Tools (optional): with the API key you provide, your Bing search statistics, crawl issues and sitemaps, and URL submissions you request.
Files you upload: the Bing AI Performance CSV.

How we use it

Only to show your data to you: in the dashboard, in the AI apps you connect (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor), in your weekly report and alerts. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.

Google API Services

SearchLink's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google is sent to an AI app only when you connect that app and ask a question.

Storage and security

Google and Bing credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) on Cloudflare. Report summaries are cached for up to 6 hours. Payments are handled by Polar; we never see card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account in Settings at any time. This removes your credentials, cached reports and uploads immediately. You can also revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
