SearchLink for Claude
Ask Claude about your Google search traffic in plain words. SearchLink reads your Google Search Console, explains what changed and what to fix first, and can check whether AI answers cite your site.
Set it up (about a minute)
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors. Find SearchLink in the directory, or click Add custom connector and paste:
https://searchlink.namubase.com/mcp - Click Connect. You go to SearchLink, then to Google. Pick the Google account you use for Search Console and keep the box that lets SearchLink read Search Console ticked.
- Back in Claude, ask a question. Start with “List my sites”.
- Sign-in is OAuth 2.0: SearchLink never sees your Google password, and Google access is read-only.
- No Search Console site yet? The read tools answer from our public demo site (namubase.com) so you can try them, and switch to your sites once you add one in Search Console.

Things to ask
- “How is my site doing in Google this month?”
Clicks, impressions and position against the previous 28 days, and the one or two things to do first. - “Which pages get seen in Google but rarely clicked? Suggest better titles.”
Finds pages with many impressions and few clicks, and writes titles from the searches they already get. - “Why did my traffic drop last week?”
Checks the drop against Google's published updates and pages that have been fading for months. - “Does Google AI cite my site when people ask "best plumber in Austin"?”
Asks an AI search engine the questions you give it, several times each, and reports how often you are cited and who is cited instead. - “Is https://mysite.com/pricing indexed? If not, why?”
Google's URL inspection plus an on-page check of that one page.
Every tool
“Reads” tools only look at data. “Saves” tools store a note in your SearchLink account or send URLs to Bing when you ask. “Changes your site” tools edit a WordPress page title only after you connect WordPress in Settings, always show a preview first, and can be undone.

What SearchLink reads and keeps
- Reads: your Search Console data (searches, pages, clicks, impressions, index status) through Google's API, only for the sites your account can see. Public pages and robots.txt of sites you ask about.
- Keeps: your email, an encrypted Google refresh token, cached reports (hours to days), notes you save, and your settings. We do not keep your Claude conversations; each tool call receives only its own arguments.
- Shares: nothing is sold. AI visibility checks send your site's search phrases to Google's Gemini API; emails go through our mail provider.
- Deletes: delete your account in Settings at any time and everything above goes immediately. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
